At Beighley, Myrick & Udell, we have an entire department dedicated to our insurance industry clients who require Examinations Under Oath (EUOs). We have streamlined our process to efficiently and accurately provide our clients with the information necessary to determine a claimant’s eligibility to receive personal injury protection and uncover potential fraud.

Our attorneys and support staff work tirelessly to provide prompt scheduling of all EUO’s. We work in conjunction with Plaintiff’s counsel to schedule an EUO for their clients. If cooperation is not forthcoming, we will unilaterally schedule EUO’s within the time set by our client’s policy guidelines.
